Trolling lake Ontario morning and then evening!

Morning 6am - noon
Great calm day on the water.
Got on the water right after the sun broke the horizon. About 6 am. Set the lines and got my first fish after 10 mins. A 15 lber king on a fly and spin doctor down 50 in 160 fow. The hook went too deep ad the fish bled. Had to keep it. Next fish came 30 mins after I circled back into the same stretch. This time it was on the deeper rigger. Came on a mc rocket down 130 in 160 FOW. It peeled about feurcley over 100 ft of line but popped out.
Down 50, it was 48-49degrees.
Ended the morning with 1 for 2 at noon..

Evening 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Got to the launch at 6, started trolling by 6:30. At about 7:15 I had my spin doctor and frog mc rocket down 60ft, didn't have a single hit on it for almost an hour, I added a NK super glow clown as a cheater on it. Within 3 mins, I had a hit. It ran hard and took lots of line until something happened. The line broke... I lost everything on it. The line appeared to be frayed?
30 mins later, I hook into a decent rainbow, about 6-7lbs, as I was about to land it in the net, my other rigger rod goes off, DOUBLE HEADER!
Shortly after netting both fish and releasing them I hook into  a small rainbow that I released boat side. Trolled around till almost dark and was about to call it quits but then a rod starts to bounce, nice! a last hurrah! As I'm fighting it, I get ANOTHER DOUBLE HEADER! The sun was pretty much down, not much light left, but the GoPros were still on, recording this. Both turned out to be mature kings in the 20lb range. It was a great night. Much cooler than the day. I'll hopefully have some videos up soon.

Tally
2 rainbows, 3 kings, 1 screamer lost
